The Get Real Philly outreach team can be seen throughout Philadelphia distributing stories, safer sex kits and various other materials on the street, in bars and at community events. Trained about community resources as well as ways to reduce the transmission of HIV and other STDs, the outreach workers are ready answer any questions from where to get tested for HIV to the correct way to put on a condom.
